You are cordially invited to join the Madame and Tennessee Pink on October 26th for The Poetry Brothel’s infamous masquerade ball. Don the appropriate accoutrements, and be admitted into a world of visual, lyrical, and spiritual enchantments. Between 8 and 9pm, The Poetry Brothel will be serving complimentary absinthe cocktails thanks to Doc’s All Natural Spirits, NYC’s first local absinthe distillery. For a look into your future, consult with our resident seer, Nota Bene, and if you don’t quite feel properly disguised, you can visit your house face and body painter. The evening’s featured entertainers include acclaimed poet, Deborah Landau, house band, The Hot Club of Flatbush, burlesque queens, Rosabelle Selavy, Foxx Von Tempt, and Puss N Boots, and resident mentalist, Matthew Cooper. Come in from the cold, loves. A rapturous evening awaits.
